SYSTEM
1. Description of cold extrusion machine for construction
The machine including two set of machine:
1) YJ650: process rebar whose diameter is from 16mm to 32mm.
2) YJ800: Process rebar whose diameter is from 36mm to 40mm.
3) YJ650 machine and Pressure equipment of YJ800 can process diameter 16-40mm.
2. Working principle
It can link the rebar with sidewise extrucion by the
cold extrusion press machine, make the coupler
plastic deformation then occlude tightly with the
steel in order to link the rebar.
3. Advantages
a. Because of good resistence of the joint,it is widely used in bridge construction projects.
b. Able to work under all conditions without affect from weather.
c. Easy to press rebars with light weight.
