Advantage: One of the big advantages of using the SFX Portable EDM machine is it's portability. Portability allows one to take the machine to the work and do the hole making or stud extraction work in place. Without the Portable EDM, broken bolts or taps may require removal of the engine head or block in a car or truck in order to extract the broken piece. Additionally, the SFX Portable EDM machine will work in any directions, ie, upside down or horizontally, etc. Most EDM machines are not portable and require that the work be taken to the machine.

 Warranty Policies: 

• Firstly, the products will go through a thorough quality test to enure 100% running in perfection before delivery.
• Secondly, the warranty is 1 year. During this period, we would repair the machine for free including the new parts needed for repair.

• 1.How big size can your machine remove?

-Usually,our SFX-4000B can remove M2 to M36 taps,screws,studs,drills,drifts,etc.

?-So far the largest size is M48 we've removed with sheet electrode.

• 2. How long will it take to remove one tap?

-It depends on the size of the broken taps;The processing speed is 1~2mm/min normally.

10~20 minutes to solve your broken taps headache.

• 3.Can I use it to process blind hole or via?

-Yes, the processing depth can be set(stop at a specific depth) and the working head can auto retract and alarm when bottoming. 

• 4. Can I use it for wire-electrode cutting or drilling?

-Yes, but please note it is not high precision equipment which has a +0.3mm tolerance.
