1. The three-to-seven-layer co-extrusion die head is an advanced superposed die head in the world,

wherein each layer of the die head can be independently heated and can hold heat-insulation medium

to effectively insulate heat, so as to blow plastic films with larger temperature difference. The die head

has advanced structure and uniformly-distributed runners which ensure the stability of fluid and uniform

thickness of films.

2. The traction system adopts oscillating rotation in horizontal ±360° at a uniform speed, and meets

the requirements of high precision and high-speed printing. IBC internal cooling system has advanced

level in the world at present, and guarantees the stabile size of film bubbles by controlling and regulating

air inlet and outlet quant¬¬¬¬ity while changing hot air inside the film bubbles, after four ultrasonic probes

compute detected information. The transparency of the films is greatly improved while the productivity is

increased, thereby increasing the additional values of the products. The full-automatic winding device

realizes the full automatic control over winding, unwinding, cutting and unloading, and photovoltaic

rectification system enables the winding to be more orderly, so as to improve the work benefits, lower

the labor strength of workers, and reduce the rejection ratio generated in manual coil change.
