Speed reducer: adopts helical hard tooth surface reducer, with high torque, low noise, and a forced lubrication circulation system
Unloading: Driven by turning brake motor. 400W adopts brake motor

Front and rear speed ratio: 1: 1.17
Front rotor speed: 47 revolutions per minute
Rear rotor speed: 34 revolutions per minute
Rotor: Four-sided
Heating temperature control range: room temperature ~ 300℃
Anti-powder leakage device: Adopting secondary corner design, sealing ring adopts imported resin fiber, the mixing tank is made of alloy steel with hard chromium plating on the surface.
Rotor material: alloy steel-high precision polishing-carburizing-hard chromium plating on the surface.
Rotor axis: 38CrMoALA nitriding surface treatment hardness HRC 58~65.
Pour gear and gear shaft: use alloy copper, and secondary treatment.
Heating part: The electric heating tube is imported from Taiwan, heating power: 6kW, the maximum temperature is 300℃, and the temperature is set according to the material requirements.
Cooling method: Tap water circulating cooling, the rotor, mixing chamber, all have water cooling to assist in cooling.
Face wall: The surface of steel structure drilled hole is surfacing welded, hard chrome plated and polished.
Bracket: Steel structure, inner surface surfacing welding, hard chrome plating and polishing treatment
Top bolt: Cylinder drive, hard chrome plated on the surface
End face seal: The sealing ring is made of high wear-resistant material, no powder leakage
Feeding method: According to the needs of the compound, it can be divided into multiple feeding, manual and automatic control. Control mode: manual operation, semi-automatic, and automatic operation;
