Purification Exception:


The purifier will be in purification exception state if the machine can not make water for a long time, the display interface (see Figure two) shows "ER1", and the maintenance symbol flashes.



Processing Method
after troubleshooting, long press (5 seconds) the middle of the knob and then the machine will restart to work and inspect the water situation.


Dry Burning Alarm:


When the machine's heater is dry (temperature exceeds the set value), the machine enters the dry state, the display interface (see Figure two) shows the "ER2", and the maintenance symbol flashes. So you can take room temperature water but can not take hot water.
