   2.We can send the technicians to the buyer`s factory for the installation of the machine. 

3.What policy of your garentee?

 A: Within the One-YEARS period, we could supply you the replacement parts free of charge for any damaged parts caused by quality problems after two years,you need to buy by factory cost.

After-sales Service:

Terms of Payment: 30% of the total contract value paid by T/T as down payment, the rest 70% of the total contract value to be paid by T/T after inspection by buyer in seller’s factory while before delivery. 

Delivery: 30 days after receipt of advance payment

Service: we send technician to your country to fix the machine.The buyer should bear all the cost including: visa, Roundtrip tickets and suitable accommodation, also buyer should pay salary 80USD/day.

During warranty: parts are free but buyer pay for the shipping fee

We can provide oversea after sales. Our engineers have been to Chile, Nicaragua, Indonesia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and other countries for installation and training. Considering the time difference, we can offer online instant viedo to help customer to solve problems.
