Main feature:


1.Fully automatic grinding, one-time set up clamp, automatic tool setting(no need to set artificially) and automatic cool down. No need to modify the grinding wheel.Each feeding volume is controlled in 0.015mm until the completion of the die grinding,.Grinding can be completed in the average 2-3 minutes including the time of setting up the clamp.

2.Coarse grinding, fine grinding and exact grinding can be distinguished and completed automatically by touched human-machine interface control system .Then the die is unannealed, unbreakable,and durable.

3.Long-guided die for station A and B can be ground without disassembling spring , whether it is flat or oblique punches. Easy-to use;Time-saving;Efficient.
