GLP-3B Mortar Sprayer is suitable for interior and exterior ordinary mortar painting and plastering, particles of polystyrene mortar spraying , perlite insulation mortar spraying, glass beads of insulation mortar spraying, waterproof material coating, refractory spraying.

Feature of GLP-3B Mortar Sprayer

GLP-3B Mortar Sprayer adopts stepless gear reducer, compared to conventional spraying machine, it  has the following characteristics:

1. According to the type of coating material (viscosity of coating materials are different), the motor speed can be adjusted to change the size of the spray volume.

2. Compared to using the inverter to control the speed, it has non-perishable, easy adjustment and other advantages.

3. Increasing the service life of wearing parts. When the consumable parts of ordinary mortar spraying machine worn and tore, flow and pressure will be reduced , the only way is to replace the wearing parts, but this machine increase the service life of wearing parts by increasing the speed. Experiments can increase the service life of wearing parts by 30%.
