The method of use:

Ⅰ: Place the fusion splicer on the base, install the corresponding heating die according to the required pipe specifications, and tighten with the hex. Generally small at the front end is big at the back end.

Ⅱ:Turn on the power (note that the power supply must have a grounding protection wire), the heating indicator light is on, after a few minutes of heating, the heating indicator light is off, the constant temperature indicator light is on, so after two cycles, it indicates that the fusion splicer enters the computer to automatically control the temperature. Status, you can perform the welding operation.

Ⅲ:Cut the pipe vertically with a pipe cutter, and push the pipe and pipe fittings into the die without rotating the screw, and operate according to the following table. Immediately after the heating time, the pipe and the pipe fittings are removed from the die at the same time. The non-rotating straight line is evenly inserted into the desired depth to form a uniform flange at the joint.

Note:

if the operating temperature is lower than 5 ° C, heating time be prolonged by 40%.Special reminder:

1. In order to be safe, the power socket with ground wire must be inserted into the power socket and the power supply is stable. The bottom line is well grounded!

2. The user shall not change the structure of the plug of the power cord without permission. In case of any failure, the user shall start up the power line and repair it by himself.
