PL124 FLANG TYPE vortex flowmeter

Which uses piezoelectric crystal as detecting element and outputs standard signal proportional to flow rate. The instrument can be directly matched with HLUGB-III instrument system, and can also be used with computer and distributed system to measure the flow parameters of different media. According to the detection principle of the fluid vortex street, the piezoelectric crystal which detects the vortex street does not contact with the medium, and the instrument has the characteristics of simple structure, good versatility and high stability.

Feature:

A. sensor probe adopts special technology package for high temperature resistance. The sensing element is encapsulated in the probe, and the detection element does not touch the measuring medium and has long service life.
The B. sensor adopts compensation design to improve the aseismic performance of the instrument. Simple structure, no movable parts, high durability.
C. Within the specified Reynolds number range, the measurement is not affected by the temperature, pressure and viscosity of the medium. The flowmeter can be used in flameproof occasions with good safety.

E. digital liquid crystal display, cumulative, instantaneous, frequency and current display is more intuitive and convenient for on-site viewing.

                                                     1. Pulse signal output

                           The three wire flow sensor with output frequency signal is powered by DC24V or DC12V power supply.

                                                 2. Standard 4-20mA current signal output

                           Output standard 4-20mA current signal two wire system adopts DC24V power supply.

                                                         3. RS485 communication signal output

                     The vortex flow meter with RS485 communication function adopts DC24V power supply and other equipment.
                     Four line transmission mode is adopted.
