Cylinder from Wuxi, Alloyed material , scratch proof. Condensing cast iron solid plunger, Thick seamless steel pipe for cylinder body, Forged cylinder head.
Platen by Q345B Steel plate CNC machined,equal thickness 0.5mm, flatness 0.1mm, fineness 1.6. Double inlet & double outlet for oil circuit, each oil circuit has four controlling valves.
Japan YUKEN low pressure pump, Taiwan hydraulic valve group. for Hydraulic Unit
Frame & Basis also by Q345B Steel Plate welded for all parts, the angle adjustment is within ±2mm, the verticality of the four corners in the frame is within ± 1mm.
