Eight stations are distributed on the revolution disc by 45 degree. The revolution motor rotates 45 degree each time to bring two work-pieces to the punching station and gluing station. After punching, the work-piece will be brought to gluing station. Auto-revolution motor drives the work-piece rotating in average speed to achieve evenly glue coating. LED bulb mid-plate punching and gluing machine can perfectly replace manual operation to get better product quality and improve work efficiency.

Machine Features

Floor stand design with caster, the machine is stable and easy to move;

Integrate punching and gluing process, work in cycle, the designed capacity is 1000pcs/h;

Equipped with work piece detector to decide working or skipping

Gluing track can be set as full circle, single point or segmented arc etc.

Working mode can be two-station, four-station or eight-station;
