Printer unit:
1. The printing roller adopts without gap roller, surface is treated by lapping finish, after balance correct and hard chrome plating, smooth is operation. 2. Quickly change printing plate device, foot switch for electric control the printing roller’s clockwise and anticlockwise running 3 The feed roller, press roller, rubber roller and anilox roller space adjustment all adopt self-locking structure.
Slotter unit:
1. With processing wheels for prevent the cardboard rupture while creasing. 2 Single roller with double knives slotting, the height of the carton adopt PLC and electric input data adjustment 3 The phase of the slotting unit adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust,accord the error to input the adjust data, can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.
Rotary die cutter unit:
1 The rubber roller adopt mechanical control, the position move left and right, the movement distance is 40mm. 2 The phase of the die-cutting unit adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust, accord the error to input the adjust data, can be adjusted while the machine running or stop (PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option) 3 The horizontal direction moving of the printing roller adopt manual adjustment, adjustment distance is 10mm (PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)

Materail Cutting
All cutting machine are controlled by computer. The accurate cutting and x-line laser cutting can be done of one time under digital control
Every roller will be made after hardening, turn-milling, welding,skiving, hardening, turning-milling, distressing, turning-milling skiving, dynamic balance check. All the process above is worth to provide high quality. Also the process is taken place in the precision internal grinder.
