It is an effective method for countries where identification documents for citizens are not always standardised or institutionalised.

2. The silver nitrate indelible ink contents silver nitrate from 5% to 25%, with 5% the color in the fingernail can keep at lease    72 hours. With 25%, the color can keep at lease 15 days. It can't be erased or washed away within this time.
