This grouting equipment is the special equipment used in railway and highway construction. It consists of automatic feeding, auto-weighing, high speed mixing, low speed mixing and grout pump and is applied to prestressed construction of the railway and road bridge construction works and some chemical enterprise production. It has the advantages of easy move,high level of automation,accurate weighing and easy operation etc.

This equipment is mobile and consisted of automatic feeding system, auto-weighing system,microcomputer automatic control system, high and low speed mixing system, water supply system and mobile system. The high speed mixing part of the equipment can mix up 350 kg grout at most at one time, 4000 kg to 7000 kg grout per hour (manual control).In addition, low speed mixing storage barrel can accommodate the mix that has been mixed by high speed mixing barrel.High-speed and low - speed mixing drum can achieve continuous feeding to the grouting equipment.

This equipment has reasonable structure, high production efficiency and good mixing quality, which fully meets the related requirements of TB/T3192-2008 "technical conditions of post-tensioning method prestressed concrete beam duct grouting in railway".

1.Fully automatic operation

When used, only set the single weight of the powder material and water, and the equipment can automatically weigh and control the weight of water and mixing time.After the high speed mixing, open the discharge valve, put the cement grout into the low-speed mixing barrel for backup, and then close the discharge valve of the high speed mixing barrel for the next feeding and mixing.

2.High speed mixing 

The rated speed of the high-speed mixing barrel of this equipment is 1000 RPM. The high-speed mixing can make the powder and water fully compatible.The working procedure is as follows: first, the water is automatically applied, then the high speed mixing drum is automatically operated and the grouting agent and cement are added successively. After continuous mixing for 3 minutes, the grout can be discharged to the grout storage barrel with mixing function for reserve.

3.Low-speed mixing barrel designed for anti-precipitation

This equipment is equipped with a large capacity storage barrel, which can accommodate the slurry that has been mixed by the high speed mixing barrel, and meet the uninterrupted feeding of the large flow of grouting equipment.And it has low speed mixing function, can effectively prevent the grout precipitation.

4.Trailer system

The whole equipment is assembled on the mobile trailer, which can be easily dragged by other motor vehicles.

5.Optional continuous screw grouting system

When applied for the railway pre-stressing construction, users can additionally choose the continuous screw grouting equipment, and the basic parameters are as follows:

The grouting pump works continuously, with no fluctuation of pressure and no air bubble in the pumped grout. The theoretical work load is 4.5 m3 / h, and it has the function of automatic pressure maintaining.The total range of the pressure gauges is 3Mpa, ensuring the pressure gauge to work reliably under high pressure.The actual pressure of the grouting is generally controlled between 0.5mpa and 0.7mpa.The minimum division is 0.1mpa to make the measurement more accurate.
