Arbor Press Details & Function:

1. Hand press is mainly used for the disassembly of tight fittings such as gears and bushings and the correction of deformed parts. It is a kind of mechanical equipment widely used in the assembly and maintenance of products.
2. The press is a compact and versatile press. With wide application and high production efficiency, the press can be widely used in cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting and forming processes.
3. Machining into parts by applying strong pressure to the metal blank to plastically deform and break the metal.
4. The manual press has a simple structure and convenient operation, and has a toothed rod type and a screw type. The working pressure is generally 1-5 tons, which is often used to correct workpieces with a diameter of 5-10 mm.
5. The hand press consists of a frame, a work table, a block and a hydraulic head. The workbench is moved along the column column by the lifting device on the beam. The column has support for supporting the fixed table; the hydraulic head clamped on the bottom surface of the frame beam has an oil passage inside and an oil storage tank externally. The cylinder and two different plunger oil pumps and other components form a relatively complete hydraulic system.
6. The device is concentrated, the volume is small, no power is required, and the manual operation completes the pressure processing task.

10. It can process metal, non-metal sheets, strips and coils by cutting, punching, blanking, bending, shallow drawing, crimping, riveting and forming.
