Product Application
Quick-freezing machine is a kind of tunnel structure is relatively simple and efficient quick-frozen deice, suitable for pastry, quick frozen food, meat and other food.
Quick-freezing machine has the following features:
Simple structure, convenient, long service life.
Library board adopts double stainless steel sandwich polyurethane insulation board, insulation performance is good, internal components using high-quality stainless steel SUS304, easy cleaning, HACCP requirements.
Stainless steel mesh belt, the surface smooth, easy to clean.
Using water frost, ensure clean sanitation.
Inverter control to realize infinitely adjustable-speed, frozen goods frozen time is adjustable, can be applied to a variety of processing of frozen goods
Main Features
1.Stainless Steel Conveyor Belt:
We adopt food grade stainless steel as the material of conveyor belt. The surface of belt is flat and neat.
2.Insulation Panels:
PUF sandwich panels, 150mm thick with 42kg/m3 density, laminated both sides by stainless steel sheet.
3.Access Door:
The doors we adopted are specially used in low temperature environment and equipped with frame heating system for each.
4.Driving System:
Speed reducer + Variable speed controller
5.Evaporator and Fan:
Both the tubes and fins of evaporators are made of aluminum alloy. The large fins and different fin pitches can assure the perfect effect of heat exchange.
The air-box of axial fan is made of stainless steel, while fan blades are made of aluminum alloy.
6.Water Discharging Design:
Full welded stainless steel water discharging plate will be installed on top of floor panels. It will bring inside water out of cabinet through many stainless steel draining pipes.
7.Inlet & Outlet device:
Both the Inlet & Outlet devices are made of food grade stainless steel.
8.Electric Controlling System:

2. Guarantee period shall be within 12 months from the date of acceptance. During this period, if there are quality problems, we will provide solution by verbal or written communication. If the problem is unsolved, our engineers will repair for you on site as soon as possible. The maintenance is free when there are non-operation errors; otherwise it is for the buyer's account.
