INTRODUCTION:

Big bag, or bulk bag, super sack, FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) bags are widely utilized in loading, transporting and unloading powder materials these days. SQH-CB4 series Big Bag Unloading Stations used to unload powder materials from big bags with easy, efficient and safe operation, and transfer them to other equipment such as conveyor or mixer, etc.

The bulk bags can be lifted by either a forklift or an integrated overhead hoist and trolley. The height of the beam of SQH-CB4 series Big Bag Unloading Station is adjustable according to individual request.

Frame is made by robust carbon steel or stainless steel for heavy duty job. For delivery, the frame of SQH-CB4 series Big Bag Unloading Station can be separated to knock down parts or half assembled two pieces.

A lot of useful options can be selected for easy operation, such as vibrator/massager to shake the bag bottom in order to improve the flowing of the materials, dust filter to prevent dust, weighing device for automatic discharging, etc.
