VA / VA-F  Series  printing Ink  products  are mainly  used for  edge banding printing of  PVC mixed  extruding or rolling.   Combined with  surface glazing  coating oil or  polishing oil for  PU,   printing Ink can be widely used in  various types of   decorative materials  to  decorate  the surface of  PVC and  ABS  materials.  VA/VA-F series products include  VA/VA-F series  printing ink and primer series.

VA/VA-F series printing ink is mainly used for PVC edge banding printing, including red, yellow, blue, green, white, black etc to meet our customers' needs.

Instructions

1) Before mixing  the  ink,  stir the  original ink to  ensure that the ink  shall  be evenly  mixed, then add thinner to dilute the ink to printing viscosity, printing viscosity of the adjustment depends on the printing speed, the user should be based on the actual printing speed requirements for viscosity adjustment.

2) In general, the workshop printing machine speed is 30~50meter/min. The  faster the speed, the lower the viscosity should be, the slower the speed, the higher the viscosity should be.

3) Because of the high temperature in summer, solvents volatilize faster, we recommend  diluting the ink with slow-drying thinner. Winter temperature is low, solvent volatile speed is slower;  we r ecommend  to diluting the ink  with  fast-drying  thinner product  from our company.  Customers  can allocate their own thinner.

4) If you want to allocate  metal-colored  ink or pearlescent-colored  ink and  other special products, you can choose our  special  metal golden oil, in addition to maintain  the basic  physical  nature of the ink, it makes pictorial performance to be presented more stereoscopic and has sense of layerings.
