A:yes ,we do offer. 1. our machine has Remote Maintenance function(optional choice when you placing the order to us),which means if your machine has some software crush down or data missed, you could connect your machine to the internet and we could updated or recover factory setting. 2. we could offer online instruction through Skype account, which means we could tell you what caused to your machine's unsatisfied performance when you show us how your machines runs throughonline video, and our engineers will figure it out together with you. 3.we could send our engineers to your country, they are all experienced in repairing machine and working abroad. and they are exclusive for oversea sales.Our service team contains 20 technicians for domestic clients and 5 technicians for abroad, All of the technicians specialize in electric appliance, hydraulic pressure, machinery and plastics processing. A:There are 5 general QC staff who are in charge of IQC and Ex-work inspection, and every staff of next procedure is the QC of previous procedure.
Q:What is your Processing Capacity?
A:we have 73 exclusive equipment to process our machine. 1.Leshan is the first one to use the gantry milling machine of 2.5M*6M stroke to process the installation surface of penholder to maitain the same verticality for both of left and right blowing pin . Repeated debuging of blowing pin is not required in our machine even for muti cavities. 2.Leshan makes use of the horizontal machining center with two workbench from Japan Okuma to process the shunt belt of the die hand to prevent plastic leakage. 3.Leshan can control the repetitive position tolerance ≤0.01mm when stations are moving, since we take advantage of the pentahedral machining center from Gaoming in Taiwan to process the clamping frame and frame supporter.
Q:Are you experienced in exporting?
