TDB-25F
This machine is specialized in making 200~220L single or double ring drum & open-top drum. This is single layer and equipped with servo motor.
The main parts of this machine are designed and manufactured by ourself. We do the independent R&D and inspection. If you have other special requirements, we can provide customized services for you.

Clamping and mold-moving system:
The girder arm, tripod position, central mold-lock clamping unit. Durable in use. Mold-lock pressure is balance. No deformation.Ball linear guide rail. It is high precision, low resistance and high speed.
Electric system:
Mitsubishi PLCsystem and human-machine interface control(Chinese & English language).Touch screen operation. Setting parameters, changing parameters,searching,monitoring,fault diagnosis and other functions are done by the touch screen.
