MG65IIsteamed bread machine is a new product that is developed by our company. It can produce well-shaped steamed bread with accurate measurement. This machine can produce steamed bread from the dough made by mixture of wheat flour, additive and water. The spherical steamed bread is produced after conveying, cutting and rolling. This machine can be widely used in government-sponsored institution, factories and mines, school canteens, factories that processing steamed bread and specialized households. Operating principle
After the motor starts, the dough is put into the hopper equably and carried to the flour conveying shell under extrusion and pressure. Driven by packing auger, the dough is extruded through flour exit and feeding cover, and is cut into column-shaped dough similar in size by the cutter on the upper and nether forming rollers, and finally all the dough moves into circular trough of upper and nether forming rollers. Spherical steamed bread stock with smooth skin is formed after the dough is kneaded and rolled driven by the helical flute. The size of steamed bread stock can be controlled by adjusting plate driven by adjusting hand wheel.
