Application range

EAHB-TEP1500 Trailer Asphalt Hotbox & Heater is a professional and comprehensive equipment for asphalt roads hot regenerative repairing, which is consisted of trailer chassis system, material heat insulation box, emulsion spray device, pavement heating plate, power supplying system and electric control system. With comprehensive functions of thermal insulation & heating the asphalt mixtures, spaying emulsion and heating & repairing asphalt pavements. It can fast complete the repairing of potholes, pits, alligator cracks, rutting, shoulder damage and other common diseasesin the road.

Adopt thermal infrared reclaim to heat the cold asphalt mixture, and hot the pavement from inside by the space heating exchanging of thermal infrared, no direct heating, never burnt, no oxidized scale blistering and aging denaturalization. Complete set of warning signal, flexible turn, u-turn and mobile. Asphalt mixture heating and insulation function ensure the maintenance in four seasons. Achieve the purpose for fast arriving at the working spot, fast repair and fast withdraw requirement of the pavement maintenance.

Advantages

1. Two ways of heating: electrical heating and infrared heating.

Electrical heating: Germany import, highest quality ceramic infrared heater, it only takes 4 to 5 hours for heating the asphalt mixture to the working temperature (140°C-170°C), while the similar products need 7 to 8 hours minimum.

Infrared heating: high heat efficiency, low cost, it takes only 3kg around gasoline per hour while choose gas infrared heating, however the other brands reach up to 6 to 8kg per hour.

2. With the function both of old material and cold material recycling and heat insulation, it ensures repairing without caring the factor of asphalt mixture and improves the construction efficiency.

3. Integrated intelligent control: with centralized control panel to control the temperature of material hotbox, alternate the gas heating and electric heating, adjust the asphalt heating plate heating time choose the heating region, with indicator light and alarm light for fault diagnosis.

4. Large tank inside space is conforming to the heating transfer and exchange. The igniter has automatic ignition and automatic shut down protection functions. The gas furnace intermittently heats the asphalt mixture by the temperature controller adjusting, but also with the heating faster, never burn the materials.

5. Integrated asphalt heater: Hot patching equipment, the repaired pothole is fully integrated with the surrounding, nice repairing result, good waterproof effect. And avoid the weak joints occurred in the traditional cold patching, and effectively prevent the second damage in larger scale because of poor waterproof. Achieve regeneration of the old material on the spot, reduce the cost.

6. Safe and reliable asphalt heater: lined with insulation materials inside the heating plate, the shell of the heater maintain normal temperature during combustion, high heating efficiency, the heater bottom will recover to the outside temperature immediately while stop heating, safe and reliable. Continuous electronic ignition from the bottom completely and timely burns the gas, and avoid explosion caused by manual ignition when there are excessive accumulation gas.

7. Set the temperature sensor inside the liquefied gas thermostat, automatically sense the outside temperature and display it on the operating panel, the operator can heat the thermostat inside accordingly and ensure the liquefied gas tank in a normal temperature environment and complete gasification.

8. Automatic discharging structure reduces the labor intensity of the construction workers. Two meters   length discharge hole,    the discharging speed can be adjusted freely; one full container of material can bedischargedcompletely within 3 to 5 minutes, convenient and fast.

9. With the flexible axle allows average intensity distribution between front wheels and rear one under steam, and reduce equipment rear wheel wear and tear, more safe and stable. Lengthened towing hook, large trailer sloperange.

10. It’s suitable for the road disease of potholes, pits, alligator cracks, rutting, shoulder damage and others, but also you can choice to hot the heating zones, and repair the municipal manhole covers, the cold joints in middle of framed paving road, the small regional printing scrimp and ragging, and so on. It can also be used for melting the ice layer on municipal road and airport pavement in winter.
