About Delivery Time
After customers place orders and signed the PI, we receipt of the 50% deposit 20 working days delivery, 50% balance before delivery then shippment. If the force majeure factor affects the delivery date, buyer and seller negotiate settlement, non-standard equipment delivery period depends on the production of difficult coefficient.
About Logistics & Distribution
①The quotation includes freight. Our company arranges third-party designated logistics companies to delivering, different countries, different regions, logistics delivery time is also different.
②If the quotation doesn't include the freight, the agreement between two parties shall prevail.

A: Our factory is located in HuiZhou City, China. It's 30 minutes from ShenZhen International airport by subway.Welcome to visit our factory and test our machine with your samples.

A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from to the end. Our factory has gained CE.
3. Q: How long is your guarantee?
A: One full year warranty from us starting from the day you got our goods.In most cases when item got problems we shall send you necessary parts for your own replacement so you needn't return the machine to us for repairing. And we shall provide online technical guide for you to replace the parts.
4. Q: Will you send engineers to install the plant and train our workers?
A: Yes, but at an extra cost payable by the customer. Or you can get local contractors to do the commissioning and we send one supervising engineer.
5. Q: What about the shipping cost?
A: We have long cooperation relationship forwarder and most competitive price in the maket.
6. Q: How should I order? What payment method do you accept?
