KAIBO fully automatic assembling machine is suitable for infusion sets from 4 parts to 15 and more parts. A large number of functional modules allow fully automatic assembling of different infusion sets with high capacity up to 5500 sets/hour.
The equipment structure are based on a rotary table or a linear transport system with mechanical guides driven by cylinder.
The assembling line includes assembling modules of Air Vent Connector& Filter, Plastic Puncture&Puncture Jacket, Drip Tucktet, Connector, Infusion Tube, Regulator&Wheel, Drug Filter, etc.
Once the assembling finished, it's transported to sterile package and carton packing.
Inspection module, like CCD inspection, Air inspection or Press inspection are optional and available.
