HSS-320G 5 colors Flexo Printing Machine is equipped with high-quality ceramic anilox cylinder to transfer the ink.
Tensions on unwinding & rewinding part is controlled by magnetic powder & magnetic clutches.
(Mitsubishi Automatic Tension Controller is optional for higher performance.) Each plate is adjustable for 360-degree.
Each station is equipped with IR dryer. (UV dryer is optional.)
This machine is equipped with one rotary die cutting station in standard configuration, and it can
finish printing & die cutting in one process.
When the machine stops, the ink rollers come off from the machine automatically, keeping rotating,
preventing the ink from drying.

1. your company is a manufacture or a trading company? We are a manufacturer.
2. What is the terms of payment you accept? We can accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,pay the 70% balance before delivery, we can also accept the L/C,western union,paypal,private account,cash and others.
3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there? Our factory located in Ruian city, the nearest airport is WENZHOU airport, the nearest train station is RUIAN city. If you need, we can we pick you up from airport or train station.
4,What about the warranty? All of our machines have 1 year warranty, if need we send engineer to install and test, buyer pay for the round air-tickets, food, hotel and transport, pay our engineer 100 usd / day / person as salary.
In warranty period, if spare parts broken, we exchange for free. after the warranty period, we supply the machine’s full life service, buyer pay for the material cost of exchanging spare parts and repairing.
