Product Describe:

Waterborne epoxy matte floor finish is composed of two components, A and B, with a gloss of <20, a tough and wear-resistant paint film, and good hiding power.

Large coating area per kilogram of paint and low cost of use.

The surface dry time is not sticky, it is faster than oily, and the pedestrian can do the next process in a dry environment within 6 hours.

Product Features

Operation Guide

1. Ensure that the base surface is free of dust, oil, and clean.

2. Accurately measure according to the proportion of A and B, mix and stir evenly, and adopt the construction method of manual paving and automatic leveling of paint;

3. It can be applied in 2-3 times. The coating should not be too thick once, and the thickness of the wet film should be controlled within 0.5 mm. The moisture should be evaporated as soon as possible to prevent the residual paint film from whitening and cracking;

4. After 12-24 hours, you can go to the next coat;

5. It can be used normally after 7 days maintenance after construction.

 

Precautions

1. When using, strictly follow the proportion and pay attention to mixing evenly;

2. The paint should be used according to the amount of each application. After mixing the A and B components, it should be used up in time to prevent the gel from being scrapped.

3, the thickness of the paint film exceeds 0.5 mm needs to be applied more than 2 times;

4. During storage and painting, it is strictly forbidden to contact with acids, alkalis, alcohols, amines, etc. to avoid adverse consequences.
