- 1 sachet of Ginseng Bak Kut Teh Premix

- 1 kg of pork ribs (boil for 5 minutes and rinse the boiled pork ribs to remove scrum), or any other meat of choice.

- 8 pieces of garlic (skin intact).

- 1500ml of water.

Boil 1500ml of water.

Add in Ginseng Bak Kut The premix garlic, pork ribs and boil for 45 minutes or longer.

Serve hot.
