Steering system
Germany ZF Company’s ZF steering gear, FN4 steering pump. Energy absorption type steering control mechanism adopts adjustable
sample, its adjustment range is extensive, operation is simple and positioning locking is reliable, these show humanized design
concept of high reliability, high security and high comfort. Steering transmission mechanism is carried on 3d simulation optimization design according to the vehicle arrangement and technical parameters, it is more in line with steering motion law. The overall configuration and performance of steering system occupies a leading position in domestic heavy truck industry, reaches to the
level of similar products in European and American countries.


Engine
The cylinder diameter of WD615 series engine is 126 mm and cylinder stroke is 130 mm, the cylinder diameter of D12 series engine is 126 mm and cylinder stroke is 155 mm, wide speed with high torque, low rated speed and strong power, the more advanced fuel injection system and off-gas treatment system are adopted. The power of WD615 series engine covers 266-371PS, torque is 1100-1500N.m; D12 series engine power covers 380-420PS, torque is 1650-1820N.m.
WD615 and D12 series engine are adopted with bad working road conditions, mechanical fuel injecting system, fit for
multi-conditions projects


TRANSMISSION/GEARBOX
SINOTRUK road vehicle is standard equipped with HW series transmission, it is the internationally advanced transmission assembly.Option of synchronizer structure, adapts to a variety of road conditions, flexible operation, labor saving shift, efficient fuel prudent, low maintenance cost.


Axle
MCY13/ST16/HC16/AC16/AC26 series drive axle owns world advanced technology;
it owns characteristics of strong carrying capacity, light weight, long life, fast speed, high transmission efficiency, low noise and obvious oil-saving effect.



Frame
1. The frame girder front end adopts enhanced overall front overhang holder and beam, the stiffness of front frame significantly increases, improves the reliability and comfort of engine and cab mounting.
2. Optimized frame structure adopts large span beam junction plate local reinforcement structure, the stress distribution is more uniform.
3. The longitudinal beam standard pitch design is helpful for modular arrangement and selection fitting of various kinds of assembly of different wheelbases.
4. On the premise of unchanging carrying capacity, tractor’s self-weight greatly reduces, the decreasing amplitude is 200-550 kg


Braking System
The design of braking system satisfies the standard of GB 12676 and ECE R13.
Parts of key valve type all adopt high performance and high reliability products produced by WABCO Company, technical requirements completely keep the pace with Europe. Nylon pipe connectors and related parts adopt 230 series quick plug products produced by Germany VOSS Company. Quick plug pipe connection provides a reliable guarantee for the safety of braking system with its superior sealing property.


F-Type Model
F-Type lifting system technology imported from Kyobuto, Japan, the main feature is two end of hydraulic cylinder jointed with dump body and lifting arm which joint with backing frame; with better balance, high efficiency, enlarge the width of two bearing making it more balance when lifting. STERY/SWZ10 in small wheelbase of SINOTRUK used this type
T-Type Model
T-TYPE composite of hydraulic cylinder, lifting arm, draw bar. The main feature of tipping mechanism is the two ends of tipping cylinder hinge-jointed with backing frame and lifting arm. The three action points of lifting arm hinge-jointed with tipping cylinder, restraining bar and dump body, the two ends of restraining bar hinge-jointed with backing frame and lifting arm, dump
body lifted by the lifting arm that forced by restraining bar. Designed by CAD, the advantage is simple structure, low hydraulic pressure and better balance
Front Lift Model
FRONT pushing hydraulic system-European technology, service to china, we are using HYVA, Erick, 160/180 Chinese cylinder.
Front pushing hydraulic system-represents the national hydraulic cylinder technology development direction. This series has been tested under tough condition and 5000 loading test with best performance and reliability. More adapt to domestic use variety of operating condition










* New type sealing way of high pressure combined with low pressure ensures the sealing reliability under the different pressure conditions, which can adapt to the requirements of different regions.
* Long guide improves the cylinder’s bending capacity, and enhance the adaptability of carriage side slip.

* Copper ring structure made by mechanical processing with high size precision, contacts cylinder surface evenly, and anti cornering performance is good.

Series of cylinder is reasonable, and complete series products can meet the needs of heavy haul transportation, mine transportation and city sediment transportation, etc., overall system performance is more stable.


Dump Truck Cargo Bucket Body
Authentic materials: domestic and foreign well-known brand steel plate material can be customized thickness. Thickness allowed tolerance range is less than national standards, various kinds of integrated high strength plate and ware plate cargo body can be customized according to customer demands




Original rectangle dump cargo body,
This cargo body is ordinary structure, which can be divided into standard type and strengthen type according to side plate stiffener.

Strengthened type rectangular body
The body is frame type, floor, side board and front board, with strong bending and torsional ability
Mainly used in heavy duty transport, which has high requirement in whole carriage structure strength and rigidity.




Light weight rectangular body
The sideboard is made by whole stamping forming high-strength plate, externally not hanging material, interiorly not deposited,which is environmental protection and beautiful.
The body has light kerb weight and a low center of gravity, so it can load more, have a better oil consumption and high economic benefit.
The body is mainly used to transport small density and size city solid waste, coal, grain and other bulk cargo.
Bucket shape body
Bucket shape body is also called mining body, frame type body structure, the frame structure connects floor and sideboard. Front plate reinforcing beam connect with compartment inside, to avoid transformation. The body structure has high strength, rigidity and anti-impact ability, mainly used to transport heavy goods, like big size stones. Etc.




U-Type upper body
High strength design use on the upper body, reduced the weight of vehicle, enhanced the bearing capacity, lowered center of gravity height, reduced wheel wear.
