SS-600I digital coil winding machine is digital programmable Coil winding machine, there is insulation tape device and margin Tape device with the machine. It's the best choice for winding transformer, relay, inductor, contactor, voice coil, etc. . it has 2 Winding spindles,best choice for the so small diameter wire of winding processing. its spreading wire head with the winding nozzle, the machine has two wire tensioners on the wire guiding shelft. Wire tensioner type(type A for 0.02~0.25mm diameter wire, type B for 0.06~0.5mm diameter wire, type C for 0.3~0.8mm diameter wire.).
Features of SS600I 2 spindles automatic transformer coil winding machine :
1. Spreading head of SS-600I with the winding nozzle which used for guiding the small diameter wire to wind.
2. Winding and taping can be done by one machine.
3. Stepper motor driven by constant-current power supply, high Spreading speed precise winding.
4. "Start Point" could set by key panel or with teachable function. Display will show the position of spreading head while
setting.
5. Small wire diameter products of spreading by nozzle type spreading head.
6. Wire passing through ceramic rollers prevent enamel from high temperature.
7. Foot-switch connection for better efficiency.
8. Winding parameters and options can be set independently for each step.
9. Memory capacity accommodates 999 steps of parameters with off-power memory retention.
