1.  Vibration

Water will be got rid of during production, after the vibration of mixture by cement, sand and water

2. Curing

Generally, wet tiles should be naturally cured 24 hours on the pallets, and humidity and temperature should be controlled at the same time. Take away pallets when tile surface solid, water tiles everyday in the first week, and water amount subject to humidity. It’s better to put tile in vertical way and 28- day curing time is needed before on sale.

3. Color Painting

Color is painted after tile completely dried and dusted (water moisture content not over 2%).
