Feature
Intermediate frequency inversion spot projection welder is currently one of the most advanced welding equipment. It is widely used. Its welding transformer is of small volume while its output energy is strong. Since the welding transformer frequency is improved from 50/60HZ to 1,000 Hz, it can greatly reduce the weight of the core material, coupled with the rectifier diode in the secondary circuit of the transformer which is used to transform the electric energy to DC for the welder. Thus, the value of the secondary loop induction is greatly improved and save more than 30% of the user's power.
Its power demand for the workshop is low, which is only 1/3 of the traditional rectifier resistance welder.
Since its welding current is zero, the effective value of welding is substantially increased, the actual welding time is reduced, and the smooth welding current can greatly reduce the electrode pressure, and finally reduce the work piece deformation.
The medium frequency welding system of our company is optimized indesign. Its fast welding current rise rate enables it to replace energy storage welder and secondary rectifier welder. Its performance in the galvanized steel sheet and aluminum welding is very good. It is the most economic scheme for high power energy storage welder and secondary rectifier welder.

Secondary current closed loop control can be control the actual welding current faster and more precise.
Welding cycle from time sequences of the per-pressing, pressurization preheating, ramp, welding 1, cooling 1, welding 2, cooling 2, welding 3, slow reduce, cooling 3, tempering, maintenance, rest, etc. It also be provided with multiple pulses, which can satisfy the welding process requirement of various materials.
The operating interface uses a large LCD screen, with Chinese and English switching display, the operation is very friendly, and is in line with international trends.

Packaging: pack one pump in one plastic bag,then put it in one thick paper carton, then heap up them on the plastic pallet, wrap the plastic pallet and cartons with plastic membrane then bind the cartons with plastic packing belt. Lead time:about 10-20 days after receipt your 30%T/T for deposit

Under 70 bar pressure, use hydraulic oil viscosity 30-50CST in temperature 40℃. Working temperature 15-16℃.
4. How to adjust the pressure through the pressure adjustment screw?
Clockwise rotation, increase pressure; counter-clockwise rotation, decrease pressure.
5. How to adjust the displacement through the displacement adjustment screw?
Clockwise rotation, decrease the displacement; counter-clockwise rotation, increase displacement.
6. What's the possible reason if there is no oil output?
1) The shaft rotating direction is wrong.
2) Sauction oil pipe was jamed.
