1. How do you handle  our  orders? do you have  QC control the quality ?

Definitely. after receive your confirmation or payment, we set up production no  hesitation,.  To control quality good, every production step we set a QC inspector to evaluate production, say, Raw material QC, production QC, Packaging QC, finished products QC and shipment QC. 

2. What if the goods has problem or products not correct, as a supplier, what after-sales service you provide  ?
If it’s the finished products not correct as previous confirmation, we will responsible to take it into remake it or offer discount. What we want are long-term reorder, not one-night relationship!!! 

   3. Do you provide Free sample or Refund sampling fee?

Just leave me your address then we will arrange free sample immediately. Given long term business, discount, rebate pleasure to offer, and sample fee refundable vary from quantity to quantity. 

   4. Did you ever participate in some foreign exhibition?

 Every year our company will set a delegation to take part in difference show around the world. such China Canton fairs,Las Vegas,Frankfurt,Dubai Hongkong and so on. 

   5. Can I order smaller than MOQ ? do you accept small order ?  

Even the infant need time to grow up, let alone a business.  Quantity dictate price, customer get expansion so they can constantly order from us, small order would become bigger in future.  therefore, we never give up or despise small orders-----we grow up with you together. 

    6.  Are your a Trading company? We actually look for Direct manufactory!!!

    Why don’t you book a ticket to see us ? I warmly welcome this. by doing this, that prove we are a directly/professional/experienced manufacturer.However. We are not just a manufactory, but also dealing trading business serve you satisfactory including :products explanation, designing, packing, and shipment. we are a well organize business. 

    7. What payment terms do you accept?

     We accept the L/C, T/T, But normally 30% deposit before production and pay the balance upon copy of B/L.

    8. What payment way you regular use?

     As a legal company, we have company account, to small payment, we usually use Paypal, Private account which convenient to both and same unnecessary handle charge.
