Product Description
The materials in the water-phase tank and oil-phase tank are heated up and stirred. After they are thoroughly mixed, they will be transferred to the emulsifying tank by vacuum pump. The material will be stirred by the upper part of the central paddle, combined with the PTFE scraper sweeping the wall, the material will be stirred thoroughly and meanwhile be pushed down to the emulsifier at the low part of the central axle. With very high speed emulsifying effect, the material will be seriously cut, sheared, and cracked into 200nm – 2um particles. The bubbles appear during the process will be sucked out promptly in the vacuum status in the tank.

1. Our vacuum emulsifying equipment equipped with heating & cooling system which simplifies the processing. Within this same equipment, you can do from heating-melting-emulsifying-air bubble reduction(by vacuum)-cooling without changing vessels, it saves lot of labor and time for your production.
2. The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the imported double-end mechanical seal effect. The maximum emulsifying rotation speed can reach 3,600rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.
3. All contacted parts of equipment are SUS316,the product homogenized in vacuum and close vessel can be sanitary and high quality.
4. The triple mixing adopts the imported frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet different technological demands.
5. The measuring of raw materials, the recording of temperature for heating, melting, emulsifying, cooling, and the change of mixing speed, and the vacuum suction can be controlled automatically (PLC/BUTTON control).
6. The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being aseptic. The vacuum material sucking is adopted, and especially for the powder materials, vacuum sucking can avoid dust.
7. Electric appliance: 80% of the main parts of our products are provided by world’s famous suppliers, such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider configuration to ensure that the whole machine control is more stable, fully meet international standard.

9. The main pot can be flipped down to120° so that even the high viscosity materials can also be easily emptied
10. The water and oil tank are both equipped with independent heating, temperature control and dispersing system. Pretreatment materials can be suck into the main tank by vacuum pump
11. The contact materials part is SUS316L, and others are stainless steel 304
12. The main tank has independent hating and thermal insulation temperature control system. The thermal insulation layer is arranged outside the heating system to avoid high temperature scalding.

Homogenizer
Max rotation speed could reach 4200r/min,highest shearing fineness could reach 0.2-5μm. The materials will be well homogenized regardless of the quantity of materials put into the tank. The total quality fo the materials must cover up the homogenizer. The homogenizer can be installed through the bottome of the machine.
