Coating machine
The coating machine can coat the surface of NPK compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer particles to prevent the fertilizer from caking and increase the smoothness of the fertilizer. Coated fertilizer (coated fertilizer), also known as coated fertilizer, film fertilizer. Refers to fertilizers made by wrapping quick-acting fertilizer granules with semi-permeable or impermeable film material.
Film-forming materials include plastics, resins, paraffin, polyethylene, and elemental sulfur. The purpose of coating is to slowly release the available nutrients in the coated fertilizer after it is applied to the soil, so as to prolong the fertilizer efficiency. The release rate depends on the type of coating, thickness, particle size, fertilizer solubility, soil temperature, soil water content and soil microbial activity. It is suitable for crops with high economic value, long growth period, large amount of fertilizer but inconvenient fertilization in stages, and high temperature and rainy areas or irrigated areas where nutrients are prone to leaching, especially on light sandy soil.
