This machine is a electric circuit pcb board cutting machine, it is used to cut
v-cut pcb board, circuit board, led strip and so on. this mahine with two knives of
upper knife(disc) and lower knife(linear), the knives material are made by imported materials with durable and sharp features.and it opeation is very safe it adds sensor when hand or foreign matter enters the working area the machine will stop immediately. it is good choice in the LED industry,
SMT industry, mp3/mobile industry,electronic toy industry and all kinds of circuit boards industry.
Features:
1.Any PC board with V-CUT is appropriate for this machine.
2.The linear slide rail, stress reduction when segmentation, to prevent the solder joint cracking.
3.The circular knife eccentric design, distance between upper and lower cutter can be adjusted , PC board thickness can be adjusted.
4. The machine light, does not occupy space. Easy operation and maintenance.
5. For special specifications of the PC board, can be customized .
7.Conveyor belt is optional , conveniently transfer finished PCB out.
8.Stop block can be used for different PCBs, to raise working efficiency.
