Hot air circulation tunnel oven

 

The machine is used to drying, sterilization and cooling the bottles. It uses the principle of laminar low and the high speed disinfection of the hot air. Because of this step, the bottles can achieve the national requirements about the machine. 

  

The oven has three structures: preheat area, high temperature area and cooling area. It sterilize short time with the disinfection principle of hot air laminar flow. The machine applies to antibiotic bottle,oral liquid bottle. It also can be used for other medicinal bottles sterilization.

 

 

The machine adopts advanced the PLC Human Machine interface control system. Through the system, in addition to monitoring the working condition,but also be associated with the washing machine and filling machine,in order to show the cause, the location and the method of exclusion. And it can also automatically record the temperature graph. The oven can be linked with washing machine,filling and capping machine as a production line.
