Pretreatment:
1.Spray Re-circulating Pre-treatment:High efficiency levels of cleaning and conversion possible.Process time can be shortened energy saving is possible.
2.Dip-Tank Pre-treatment:Simple to maintain,low capital cost,prolonged chemical contact time is possible complete conatct with chemical solution and more flexible chemistry can be used.
3.Sandblasting:A much better bond between balsted surface and the protective coating,one of the best environmentally friendly options for corrosion removal and surface preparation to painting or coating.

EDIT powder coating booth:
1. Body is made by a special antistatic plastic fortified panel.
2. The two walls of the booth are made rigid with the support of the steel construction upside.
3. The ducts between the booth/cyclone and the cleaning channel of the body are produced from AISI 304.
4. The cleaning air is blown into the center of the channel from the sides parallel to the movement direction.
5. Powder center is equipped with touchscreen PLC by Siemens, or nominated brand.
6. All of the platforms are manufactured by steel in most ergonomic design.
7. There is also a self-cleaning system for the duct between cyclone and powder supply center.
8. Quick color change, maximum recovery rate, safe operational noise levels.
