1. Brief Introduction about the Machine:\t
ZBR-600 Automatically coil winding machine is suitable for small and medium-sized high voltage immersed distribution transformer power from 10KV to 500KV,especially for oval and amorphous alloy rectangular core enamel-covered Aluminum and Copper coil winding (wire diameter range:Φ0.8-Φ3.5).The winding speed can achieve to 400 turn/min,The mainframe with servo motor winding power is 5.5 KW ,Coil Max OD is 350mm,with 600 mm line distance .

1. The equipment adopts gear mechanical variable speed system with high efficiency.
2. Can be achieved to remember more than 10 process parameters.
3. Variable frequency speed regulation is adopted, and the brake is controlled by the frequency converter. The variable frequency speed regulation range is wide, accurate and stable.
4. Servo motor and PLC control system are adopted for wiring arrangement. High clarity and touch screen can be displayed.
5. The wire arrangement device is equipped with the function of tensioning. The tensioning force can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different wire gauges. For the amorphous coil square structure, the equipment is equipped with a set of pneumatic device near the line, which can solve the problem of enameled wire pulling when the coil passes the corner. The original insulation effect of enameled wire is guaranteed.
6. Automatic line spacing can be set according to different line gauges. In winding, possible errors can be manually fine-tuned to ensure that the coil is tight.
7. The total number of turns can be preset. The maximum number of turns can be set as 99999 turns.
8. The tail seat of the main winding shaft can be rapidly rotated by 90 degrees, which is convenient for disassembly and safety of the coil.
