This Fiber separator can be used as a second pulp to improve the treatment capacity of pulper. And the separator strive to system entrance concentration stability, high concentration of the treatment, so that the slag is not broken, the lower part of the treatment easier. Slag removal rate is only about 5% ~ 15% (depending on the type of waste paper) . Effective dispersion of undissociated paper, increase fiber retention. As a coarse screen system, effectively remove heavy and light impurities and film, improve the effective treatment of fine screen. Automatic discharge of residue, no need for manpower. The sieve plate and rotor are made of special material and have good service life.
