When the basket (drum) is at rest or spinning at normal speed for feeding, open the valve of the feed inlet, the suspension via the inlet fed to the wall of the basket .When the suspension is full of the effective space of the basket ,close the feed valve and start the motor (if feed at rest state) to make the machine at the separation stage, meanwhile the suspension is in a state of filtration separation, the liquid phase goes through the filter medium and the wall of the basket under the action of centrifugal force ,collected by the inner wall of the casing and the chassis , then moves out of the machine from the liquid outlet. While the solid phase stays on the filter medium . After dry ,stop the basket by the braking system of the frequency converter and open the lid ,lift the overflow board and bag out together to discharge place , then loosen the nylon rope at the mouth of the bag,so as to achieve the purpose of discharging, reset the overflow board and bag ,and back to the next cycle.
