The use of spiral chute:
1. The main process parameters that affect the selection of spiral grooves are the volume of ore feeding and the solubility of
ore feeding. The stability of the feed volume supervision office is more important than the stability of the feed
concentration. Practice has proved that as long as the ore feeding volume is constant, the fluctuation of the ore feeding
concentration within a certain working range has little effect on the separation results.
2. The selection process of the spiral chute is stable and easy to control. The ore feeding volume is 1.2-1.8 cubic meters per
head per hour for LL-900 and 2.5-3.5 cubic meters per hour per head for LL-1200. The size of the volume can change the
distribution characteristics of minerals along the width of the spiral groove. The fluctuation range should be less than ±5%.
Generally, constant pressure feeding is used.
3. The allowable variation range of the feeding concentration is large, generally 30%~60%, which should be determined by
experiment. The concentration of roughing feed can generally be 30%~50%, and the concentration of selected feed can be
selected within the range of 40%~60%. When the selection effect is similar, it is appropriate to use a high concentration to
improve the processing capacity of the equipment.
4. In order to make the spiral chute operate normally, the slag separation treatment should be strictly carried out before the
slurry is fed into the spiral chute, so as to prevent large particles and sundries from accumulating on the surface of the
spiral chute and destroying the separation.
5. Adjusting the position of the valve block on the product intercepting tank can change the yield and grade of each product.
The interception width of each product needs to be determined through experiments, and once the position of the valve block is
determined, do not change it arbitrarily.
6. After feeding the ore from the spiral chute, you should also pay attention to whether the ore flow covers the entire surface
of the spiral groove. If you find that the ore flow is outside, you must try to correct it (such as water flushing, etc.).
7. During operation, it is necessary to check whether there is accumulation on the spiral groove. If the accumulation is found,
it should be cleaned up in time. Flush the tank surface with water once per shift to remove the debris accumulated on the tank
surface and ensure the normal flow of ore flow. Product application range:
