PRODUCT OVERVIEW


All guide wheel raw material of Silver Plating Copper Wire Drawing Machine is bake lite, which can prevent wire surface from scratching. The annealing device adopts a vertical design with a steam generator.
The annealing and softening chamber is protected by steam. Both annealing tank and the cooling chamber are filled with steam or coolant without air mixing, so that the final wire will not be oxidized.


MACHINE CHARACTERISTIC


1. Zirconium oxide capstan with long working life and also ensure wire surface smoothly
2. D.C current annealing designing,with full digital controlled, annealing voltage working with main drawing speed，ensuring stable elongation.
3. Silver Plating Copper Wire Drawing Machine use automatic traversing system.Traversing can be adjust easily according to bobbin height.
