INTRODUCTION

DD862 Single Phase mechanical energy meter also call as induction meter used to measure 50Hz / 60Hz active energy consumption from single phase AC electricity net. All technical targets are completely conformed to National Standard GB/T15283-2008 and International Standard IEC62053-11:2003, It has the features of tight structure design, high overload, low power loss, long service life.

DT862 Three phase active kilowatt hour mete is a induction meters which is applicable to measure 50 Hz or 60 Hz active energy consumption from three phase AC electricity net. All technical targets are completely conformed to National Standard GB/T15283-2008 and International Standard IEC62053-11. It has the features of tight structure design, high overload, low power loss, long service life.

FUNCTIONS

♦ Meter base: bakelite or steel

♦ Meter main cover: bakelite or PC transparent anti UV or AS transparent

♦ Meter terminal cover: short or extended ( bakelite or PC transparent anti UV or AS )

♦ Material which is moisture-resistant, fire-retardant, high temperature molded

♦ Meter register: 5 or 6 digits, May select uni-directional function

♦ Bearing: Jewell or double Jewell or Magnetic

♦ The die-casing frame is alloy aluminum, molding with excellent mechanical strength, stable structure

♦ Voltage components and current components, using double insulation structure, have good electrical characteristics;

♦ Error adjustment mechanisms have fine adjustment mechanism.

♦ Starting: Under rated voltage and frequency and when cos Φ=1.0, the disc will ceaselessly rotate when the load current is not over 0.5% of basic current.

♦ Running with no-load: When no current in the current circuit and 80- 110% of rated voltage across the voltage circuit the disc will not make a complete revolution.

♦ Power loss: With no current in the current circuit and under rated voltage and frequency, the power loss in the voltage circuit is no more than 1.5W.

♦ May select extended terminal cover, which is for protecting the safety while using
