Product Information
The ITO low pressure governors serve as an intermediate regulator after the first stage for LP Gas or medium pressure for natural gas. Various innovative technologies such as a balancing diaphragm enables both stable regulating performance and a large capacity when driven under a small differential pressure. PT-threaded compact design allows it to be equipped in a compact for use with gas burners and/or gas burning appliances, especially small size models which have light-weight and stable aluminum bodies. They maintain a constant outlet pressure independent of the fluctuation in inlet pressure and/or flow rate due to the burners and the appliances turning on and off. They are widely adopted by popular boiler or burner manufactures as their essential inner components in both domestic and overseas markets.

SGX Range: Inlet up to 30 kPa. Various nominal dimensions from 8A(1/4") to 100A (4") and outlet interchangeable springs up to 20 kPa (0.2 bar) are available. SGX-80 and 100 incorporate a feedback mechanism that loads pressure to the diaphragm chamber of the main governor from the outlet side by the auxiliary adjusting governor. This allows stable pressure control despite their large capacity. 5 optional functions are selectable in accordance with your purpose.

SG Range: Larger capacity model compared to SGX series. Safety relief valve is incorporated. Connection sizes 1", 1 1/2" and 2" and interchangeable springs up to 20 kPa (0.2 bar) are available.
Others: Model C-10 or 20, the small size direct-operated low pressure regulators are also best selling product to be equipped in commercial burning equipment typically on a pilot line of steam boilers.
