* Capability to be used as combined with collector for re-distribution

In the mass transfer process, evenly distribution of liquid and gas is certain important. If the liquid and gas are not evenly
distributed across the superficial tower area when it enters the packing bed, the liquid-to-gas ratio will be incorrect and the
required separation efficiency will be reduced and even fail. * Through distributor. It has through type and through-pan type, which is widely used in the heavy liquid and gas load, high
viscosity liquid and liquid with suspended solid.
* Orifice distributor. It can be divided into perforated plate type and pan type. The liquid will flow down through perforated
holes or overflow from the annulus between the distributor and the vessel. It is suitable for the small diameter tower, which is smaller than the 800 mm.
* Through distributor. It has through type and through-pan type, which is widely used in the heavy liquid and gas load, high
viscosity liquid and liquid with suspended solid.

Name of the factory is DIER. and it opened on 2004. We got 3 factories. And now DIER is the largest chemical packing and tower internal factory among them.
I am vivian. I was employee number 509. When I got there, there stand 6 workshops. I heared about its history from my
collegues. It used to be one building , and you can imagine 1992, it was very small. Now that moved to in the West District of Hi-Tech Industrial Park.
Just from one side to go on other side, it takes 8 minutes.
As the business grew, manufacturing grew together as well to the point where we did not have enough space. So we had to move to a much bigger location.
We service more than 800 clients each year. And would like to benefit more clients around the world.
The difference with us is that In 2013, we established a technology center with 35 technical specialist and we've hired 3 doctors in chemical tower design from Tsinghua Universiy, Tianjing University and East China University of science and technology to provide strong technical support in product quality, tower internals design, production and new product development field.These are all specialist and can help us design and solve the technical problems efficiently.
Our product is , first and foremost, quality based.
It's not about pushing our numbers, I don't think we mass produce, we mass honesty, efficiency, trusted relationship.
