HGM Series Copper Ore Copper Cathodes Grinding Mill specializes in grinding fine and superfine powders of non-flammable, non-explosive and brittle materials with Moh’s hardness under 6, moisture below 6%, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnetite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, rock phosphat, Kalium ore, pumice, etc, totally more than 100 kinds of materials.

1.High Efficiency

Under the same finished final size and the same motor power, the capacity of the micro powder grinding mill is twice as much as the jet mill, mixing grinder and ball mill; while energy consumption decreased by 30%.

The ring and roller are forged by special material with high utilization. Under the same grinding material and finished special size, lifecycle of the spare parts is about one year, which is 2-3 times longer than that of impact mill or turbo mill. Furthermore, lifetime can reach 2-5 years for grinding calcite carbonate.

As there are no bearings or screws in the grinding cavity, there are no problem caused by bolts shedding or rapid wear of bearings and seal components.

 

4.High fineness, flexible adjustment

Final fineness of the grinding materials can be adjusted between 325 mesh and 2500 mesh (5-47μm), and the product fineness can reach D97≤5μm.

 

5.Environment-friendly

Application of pulse bag filter and muffler greatly alleviates dust pollution and noise.
