Product introduction(JK-QX90):

           

It is automatic horizontal coil inserting machine and employs an AC servo motor driven system, an AC frequency conversion speed regulating system, a pneumatic and a PLC integrated control system.
Besides, it is endowed with the functions of auto slot wedge feeding at a sixed length, cutting, forming and inserting into stator with coil and so on. The inserting speed of coil can be set piecewise.
Equipped with man-machine interface, it is endowed with the functions of status display, failure warning and various parameter settings, ect, and the advantages of wide application range, high automation degree, easy operation and convenient mould replacement. 

Capable of automatically pulling the stator coil and paper into the stator slots for one time;
Capable of modifying the parameters on the touch screen, with the automatic paper feed mechanism capable of fixed-length paper feeding, molding, cutting and inserting into the paper base of the coil inserting mold;
All welding with the steel plate, the machinery body has wonderful stability; The oblique horizontal structure fits for the ergonomics; With the optional speeds, adjustable patterns and interval paper feeding;
The modes are made of excellent materials, with multiple processing and modeling; The modes can be replaced for the production of various electric engine stators.
