JASU Linear Guide Horizontal Slant Bed CNC Lathe with Gang Tool
Advantages:
1.L-40P Horizontal CNC Lathe has a compact sturcture which saves floor space.
2.Once piece 45 degree casting bed obtains great rigidity, better stability and long lifetime.
3.45 degree lathe bed makes chip disposal easy, and lead to less thermal growth resulted from chip accumulation, thus thermal stability is better and less maintenance is required.
4.Gang tool for fast tool change. A hydraulic turret can also be installed for various parts processing that needs multiple tools.
5.Hydraulic chuck, with good clamping precision and clamping force.
6.Pretensioned ballscrew for higher precision and eliminate the backlash.
7.XZ axis servo motors with built-in absolute encoder, realize semi-closed control loop for higher precision.
8.High precision linear guide and ballscrews adopted for XZ axis.
9.Main components such as Spindle bearings, Ball screw, Linear guideways, Spindle etc are from Japan, Germany and Taiwan.

1.Machine bed: L-40P CNC Lathe bed is made inoculated iron cast HT-300, internal stress eliminated by natural aging treatment. With the exquisite design, the bed has the excellent performance for machining and accuracy requirements.
2.Transmission Shaft: L-40P Horizontal CNC Lathe adopt the linear guide for X/Z axises for better precision and long lifetime and faster speed, loading ability improved;
3.Lead Screw: High accuracy and high quality ball screw is adopted for L-40P CNC Lathe to make sure the positional accuracy;
4.Spindle Motor: High quality motor make sure that the lathe perform well at high or low speed and light or heavy cutting(7.5/11Kw);
