Performance and characteristics

1.The  used lathe machinery  system is configured with 3 action modes.

a  Lubricating: when turning on, execute lubricating timing.

b Intermittent: execute intermittent timing after lubricating is completed.

2. Lubricating time and intermittent time can be adjusted.

3. Provided with liquid level switch and pressure switch (optional).

When oil volume or pressure is insufficient, the beeper makes sound, send alarm and offers abnormal signal output.

 System time optional:

 B2: LUB lubricating time: 8 seconds, 16 seconds and 25 seconds; INT intermittent time: 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 120 minutes

B3: LUB lubricating time: 4 seconds, 8 seconds, 16 seconds; INT intermittent time: 60 minutes, 120 minutes, 240 minutes. (Tailored if special required)

4.The used lathe machinery's  panel indicator displays lubricating and intermittent status.

5. The used lathe machinery's system uses RST key to force lubricating or eliminate abnormal reporting signal.

6. Motor continuously operated

7.Decompression device is provided with volumetric system, used with BT/BC/BF distributor.

8.Overflow is provided to protect oil injector and pipeline from being damaged by high pressure
